Birth Doula One $2000

Virtual Doula Consulting Support $1000

Recommended only for those who don't have access to Birth Doulas in their area or you and your partner want a limited the number of people in attendance. Our Virtual Birth Doula option will support, encourage and guide you and your partner through pregnancy.

Postpartum Doula

Receive the best possible care for you and your newborn baby. Postpartum doulas assist parents with all things related to newborn and mother care provided to you in the comfort of your home. Our goal is to help you develop a healthy and happy postpartum transition. We are always able to offer emotional support, feeding support, and newborn care. Our primary roll is with mother and baby. In addition to infant care and support to mom we may be able to offer the following, based on your baby's needs.

Emotional support and guidance
Breastfeeding/bottle feeding support
Newborn care support including diapering, first bath, swaddling techniques, understanding baby's cues for feeding/sleeping, sleep solutions, baby-wearing
Light meals for mom
Grocery shopping
Light household tasks
Mom/baby laundry
Accompaniment to mom and baby appointments, support groups, etc.
Referrals and resources as needed

Daytime 7am-7pm (minimum 4 hr/day -some may require 5 hr)

Overnight 7pm-7am (minimum 8 hr/night)

Daytime Packages

25 hours of daytime home care $1000

75 hours of daytime home care $3000

200 hours of daytime home care $7600

Overnight Packages

Overnight postpartum care to receive support, care and to create more ease overnight. Together, we will come up with your preferences for sleeping/feeding arrangement that works for the entire family. This will lead to a more gentle transition period for all involved - and more sleep! Additional nights can be added. Reduced rate for extended time frame.

Belly Binding $125

Bengkung belly binding is a traditional Malaysian form of wrapping that provides gentle yet firm support for the womb, spine, and abdominal muscles after birth. Binding may help you regain your pre-pregnancy shape faster and speed the healing process by gently assisting your muscles and organs back into place although more important, binding also helps you maintain proper posture while breastfeeding and babywearing, warding off potential backaches. Benefits postpartum recovery and wellness.
